Date: 5/1/21 Event Start Time: 9a Event Location: Catfish Charlie’s/American Marine 1630 Chaplin Schmitt Dr Dubuque, IA 52001 Weigh-ins: 4/30/21 @ ENG Barbell 5p-8p and 5/1/21 from 7a-8a on-site at event location.

EVENTS: 1. 10 keg load regardless of weight class- however many you can get in 2 minutes 2. Log Press Reps/Min 3. Medley Event- Rock carry, Anchor chain drag, Farmers carry 4. Boat Pull- From water to dock (event could change) 5. Silver Dollar DL MAX w/best lifter award 6. Yoke Carry Tie Breaker for distance

RULES: 1. 10 Keg Load- all athletes will be using the same kegs. 90sec time limit to complete the Kegs. Highest weight lifted wins if not completed. No tacky. 2. Log Press Reps/Min- athlete will clean and press away for 60sec. Elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts, chalk allowed. 3. Medley Event- athletes will complete the medley by carrying or dragging each implement over the finish line. All implements are on the same line. 50ft course, unlimited drops, 60sec time limit. 4. Boat Pull- like truck pull, athlete will be sitting and pulling the rope hand over hand to pull the boat to dock. *This event is subject to change pending on getting the logistics nailed down. 5. Silver Dollar DL MAX- athlete who pulls the most weight wins. Best lifter award for Mens and Women’s classes. Wrist wraps, knee sleeves/wraps, deadlift suit,chalk allowed. No sumo. 6. Tie Breaker- Yoke Walk for Distance- how far can you carry the yoke?! Down and back the 50ft course as many times as you can. First drop you’re done.
